Refund and Exchange Policy

At Nexstair Technologies, we strive to ensure our clients are satisfied with our web design and development services. This Refund and Exchange Policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting refunds and exchanges. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by this policy.

1. General Policy

1.1 Service Nature: Our services include custom web design and development, which are tailored to each client’s specific needs. Due to the personalized nature of our services, refunds and exchanges are limited and subject to the terms outlined below.

2. Refunds

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds: Refund requests must be made in writing and submitted within 7 days of the initial payment. Refunds will only be considered if:

  • The services provided do not match the agreed-upon project scope.
  • Significant issues arise that cannot be resolved through revisions or support.

2.2 Non-Refundable Payments: Payments for services already rendered are generally non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Initial consultation fees.
  • Work completed and delivered as per the project milestones.
  • Costs incurred for third-party services (e.g., hosting, domain registration).

2.3 Processing Refunds: If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 30 business days. The refund amount will be calculated based on the work completed up to the point of the refund request, minus any non-refundable expenses.

2.4 Limitations on Refunds: refunds are subject to the availability of resources/funds and the feasibility of the request. We reserve the right to decline a refund if it significantly deviates from the original project scope/agreement.

3. Exchanges

3.1 Eligibility for Exchanges: We offer service exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The initial service does not meet the client’s requirements as specified in the project agreement.
  • The client requests a different service within the same scope and value as the original service.

3.2 Exchange Process: To request an exchange:

  • Contact us in writing with details of the desired exchange.
  • The request must be made within 7 days of the initial service delivery.
  • We will evaluate the request and propose an alternative solution.

3.3 Limitations on Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to the availability of resources and the feasibility of the new service request. We reserve the right to decline an exchange if it significantly deviates from the original project scope.

4. Revisions and Support

4.1 Revisions: We are committed to working with our clients to ensure satisfaction. Reasonable revisions are included as part of our service agreements. The number of revisions allowed will be specified in the project agreement.

4.2 Support: Post-project support is available for a specified period as outlined in your service agreement. Additional support beyond this period may incur additional fees.
